Just wanted to let you know that I have not fallen off the face of the Earth! I can’t believe it has been over two years since I have written anything. A lot has happened in that time, and some of it is difficult to write about, though I am working on it.  I have been completely overwhelmed since Fall Semester started in August.  I have been driving to Athens from Atlanta to class 3 days a week.  It has been rather taxing… I did a lot of traveling over the summer. I went to Joshua Tree for my sister’s bachelorette weekend,  we went to Toronto to see Mini Me play in a music festival. That was wild-I definitely need to write about that!  We went to the beach for a week in July, and we went on a cruise in June. I managed to break my foot the day before we left on the cruise, so I was in a wheelchair the entire week!  In September, my sister got married in Asheville, NC.  Mini Me moved back home. The Middle Child came home from her summer in Aspen, after her apprenticeship at Theatre Aspen, was home for 2 days, then left for Cairo, Egypt, where she has been studying Fall Semester.  Technology has made things so much easier – we can FaceTime anytime. She will come home in December.  The Baby is in 10th grade and playing soccer. Thankfully, drama has been kept at a minimum – at least for the last year!  I hope to be back in action here in December, so be on the lookout for new posts!
