I have officially gone bat shit crazy.  I figure there is at least a small bit of redemption in my recognizing that?  Perhaps not.  The truth is that frankly, I don’t give a damn. When we left NYC a couple of weeks ago, I had a feeling we’d be back…time would tell….Ocean’s actually did rise…(we have been at the beach) I don’t know if any empires really did fall, but we did see each other through it all, and when push came to shove, the Middle Child now knows that I will really send a fully armed battalion to remind her of my love Da da da dat da da da ya…..etc.etc. because… on Monday morning, July 4, 2016, The Middle Child, who is aptly named Eliza (age 14), (for all of you fellow Hamilton fans), and I will fly out of Atlanta and head to NYC, straight for the Richard Rodgers Theater, where we will park our asses, and we will wait for it, wait for it, wait for it…. until we either manage to get in via digital lottery, live lottery, or cancellation line or this guy  (Genius of everything Broadway, Lin-Manuel Miranda) leaves  on July 9 and we will find a way back home, not defeated, knowing that at least we did not throw away our shot!

Our code word is Rochambeau….Alexander Hamilton, Eliza and I will be waiting out on the sidewalk for you! and WE WILL  wait for it , wait for it, wait for it!!
